Race from River Mile 23.X to River Mile 0 of the Willamette River.  This is a downriver race that passes beneath all of Portland's famous bridges, along beautiful Ross Island, along the Waterfront, and through the industrial district before ending at the confluence of the Willamette with the Columbia River.
